Order Processing
When will my order be shipped?
When we receive your order on a working day, we will aim to ship it within 24 hours, and deliver to you within 3-5 working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please refer to our shipping costs and delivery times by region above. We'll let you know by email once we have received your payment.
How can I track my order?
When your parcel has been shipped, we'll send you another email (liquidiv.uk@unilever.com) with track and trace information.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
You can cancel your order by notifying us via email or letter within 14 days after receiving the parcel containing the products, stating that you wish to exercise this right.
However, due to our swift fulfillment processes, it is not possible to modify your order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, name, or other details.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?
Our parcels are shipped via Evri. Orders shipped via standard delivery will arrive at your home within 3-5 working days. Evri is a flexible premium delivery service.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery date information. To ensure there are no mistakes and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode.
We’re unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirements:
England, Scotland, and Wales: Free standard shipping via Evri for orders over £15. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
Northern Ireland: Free standard shipping via Evri for orders over £40. Delivery takes up to 5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship to outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Your order via www.liquid-iv.co.uk can only be delivered to a United Kingdom address. Unfortunately, this means that we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, or to Gibraltar or other Overseas Territories.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
