UNIQUE PER PERSON & USABLE ONLY ONCE BETWEEN
12:00PM BST 11/08/2025 AND 16:00PM BST 11/12/2025 

A. Student Discount Code Details:

1. Eligibility: Student Beans Discount Codes (as defined below) may only be used by UK students
holding a valid Student Beans account which has been provided by The Beans
Group Limited of 1 Vincent Square, London SW1P 2PN (“Beans Group”).

2. One Code Just For You: Each Student discount code issued by the Beans Group is:

- unique per person, non-transferable and usable only once; and

- cannot be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred and/or assigned

(“Student Discount Code(s)”)


B. How To Claim Your Unique Student Discount Code:

3. Liquid I.V.® Website: Student Discount Codes can be applied to purchases made
on the Liquid I.V.® website ("Website") only during the period commencing on 12:00PM BST 11/08/2025 and ending on 16:00PM BST 11/12/2025.

4. Promotion End Date: As this promotion ends on 16:00PM BST 11/12/2025, please do not attempt to use Student Discount Codes after this time.

5. Redemption Period: Student Discount Codes can be used to redeem 20% off any products available on the Website between 12:00PM BST 11/08/2025 and 16:00PM BST 11/12/2025 only.

6. Checkout Process: Student Discount Codes can be used during the checkout process on the Website to receive the specified discount on your purchase.

7. Student Beans Account Use/Profile Creation: When you click on 'Get Code’ you will automatically be sent to Student
Beans to verify your ‘student’ status and create a Beans Group profile (or, if you already have a Beans Group account, to use your existing Beans Group account) to redeem the Student Discount Code and the terms of Beans Group’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will apply.

8. Eligibility and Redemption Process: The eligibility criteria and redemption process for Student Discount Codes are governed by the Beans Group Terms & Conditions. You are therefore advised to review the Beans Group Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure compliance and successful redemption of your Student Discount Code.

9. Remaining Balance: Once the Student Discount has been applied, any remaining balance must be paid by you.

10. Exclusivity: Student Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other
codes, discounts, coupons or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
otherwise. Student Discount Codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or
any other form of credit.

C. Important Information from Unilever

1. Unilever UK Limited, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames
KT1 2BA (“Unilever”) reserves the right to refuse payments on the Website using a Student Discount Code if it has reason to believe that it has been accepted other than in accordance with these terms.

2. Unilever reserves the right to modify or terminate the Student Discount Code promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Any changes will not affect Student Discount Codes already issued and valid prior to the modification or termination. You are encouraged to check the Website regularly for updates.

3. Unilever reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse of the Student Discount Code is suspected.

4. Unilever is not responsible for any errors or omissions in Student Discount Codes.

5. Unilever disclaims any liability for the failure of the Student Discount Codes to apply due to technical issues, user error, or any other reason beyond the control of the Website.

6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold Unilever harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit Unilever’s liability for fraud, or for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence)

D. Processing of Personal Data:

The Beans Group will be operating and
administering the Student Discount Codes as a separate ‘controller’ and will
process your personal data in accordance with the Beans Group’s Privacy Policy,
available at https://accounts.studentbeans.com/uk/info/privacy. Your personal data will be processed by Unilever as a separate 'controller’ in accordance with Unilever's Terms
of Sale and Privacy Policy (links provided below) for the purpose of administering the Student Discount Codes, fulfilling the sale products to you and optionally based on
your choice, sending you future marketing communications. Your details will not
be passed on to other third party for any other purpose without your prior

E. General:

1. Beans Group is an independent entity and is not an agent, employee, or representative of Unilever.  Unilever does not endorse or
assume any responsibility for the products, services, or actions of Beans Group. Any disputes or issues arising from the use of the Student Discount Code should be directed to Beans Group.

2. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

3. By using the Student Discount Code, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Student Discount Code.
